I joined a local ceramics class while working part time from home as a mom looking for a creative outlet. Instead, I found a calling. I fell in love with the feel of clay in my hands, the rhythm of shaping and glazing, and the fertile magic of the kiln. I explored many subjects at first, but it was in sculpting birds that my heart finally settled.
Though my children have grown, my love for creating these small, expressive companions has only deepened. Each bird is shaped by hand, carefully painted, and brought to life with its own personality and spirit. As my collection grew, I felt called to share them—offering these little works of art to others who might cherish them as much as I do.
